Dear students.

students who are supposed to extend their Visa or whose visa will be expiring before September 30th, 2021 should apply for renewal as soon as possible starting from now to June 30th, 2021.

Procedure for Visa Renewal Application:

1.Pay tuition fee and dorm fee.

2.Log in to the system //is.bctuijian.com/ismswap/#/ Click HOME to enter the personal center.(Account number is passport number or student ID,password defaults to last 6 digits of passport number).Then click Visa Extension to complete information.

3.Go to student affairs center with necessary documents after approved by faculty online.

Necessary Documents:

1. PERMITPERMIT/RESIDENCE Visa/STAY APPLICATION FORM (Filled in English).

2. Two pieces of 2-inch-sized photos with white background (one photo on the form).

3. Passport.

4. Photocopies of your passport information page, visa page and latest entry stamp page.

5. Photocopy of Accommodation Registration from local police station.

6. Photocopy of JW201/202 form (yellow page).

Please Note:

1.Students who fail to comply with the above instructions will bear all the responsibilities as well as consequences. All International students are required to take note of their residence permit expiration date and renew it on time. The renewal application must be completed NOT LESS THAN 10 working days before the visa expires.

2.Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of applicants that can be handled daily will be limited during this period. So please manage your time accordingly. First come first serve.

3.No reasons whatsoever would be accepted for late submissions.
