Dear students,

Ningbo University Online Registration System is live from August 25th to August 29th, 2021. All International students (including freshmen) have to complete the registration process on the system as detailed in guide below. Students from low Covid-risk areas in Mainland of China are expected to return to school and register with their faculty as well according to the schedule herein.

On-site registration for both freshmen and current students from low Covid-risk areas in Mainland of China:

Sep. 3rd, 2021

New Students Registration Procedure

a) Students in Mainland of China:

i. Pay your tuition and registration fees before 8:00AM August 25th, 2021

ii. Apply for Ningbo Health Code on WeChat or Alipay before 3:00PM, August 22nd, 2021. (Details: NBU International Students to Apply for "Ningbo Health Code" Operation Guide)

iii. Log in to the online registration system at //is.bctuijian.com/isms/other/login to verify your personal information and register before 4:00PM August 29th, 2021

iv. Follow Ningbo University Enterprise account on WeChat and apply for a NBU Campus E-Pass. (Details: Application Procedure for NBU Campus E-Pass).

Deadline: 4:00PM, September 2nd, 2021

v. Create an account on the Student Daily Health Status Declaration system before 4:00PM, September 2nd,2021.

vi. Scan the QR Code and add the “通信行程卡” Mini Program on WeChat for “Travel Itinerary Card”.

vii. Prepare your Passport, a copy of your passport information page, a copy of your latest visa, JW202/JW201 form (the yellow one), a copy of the JW202 form, Admission notice, Passport Size photo, tuition payment receipt (original) and Proof of Vaccination.

viii. Prepare your COVID-19 negative test results (For students have visited other provinces in recent 14 days).

b) Students outside Mainland of China:

i. Contact the Office of International Student Admissions before 4:00PM August 24th, 2021 and confirm completion of tuition payment.

ii. Log in to the online registration system at //is.bctuijian.com/isms/other/login to verify your personal information and register before 4:00PM August 29th, 2021.

Current Students Registration Procedure

a) Students in Mainland of China:

i. Confirm that you have a Ningbo Health Code on WeChat or Alipay before 4:00PM August 29th, 2021.

ii. Confirm that you have a NBU Campus E-Pass

iii. Confirm tuition fee payment with your faculty before 4:00PM August 28th, 2021.

iv. Log in to the online registration system at //is.bctuijian.com/isms/other/login to verify your personal information and register before 4:00PM August 29th, 2021.

v. Declare health information every day on the Student Daily Health Status Declaration system and submit the records in recent 14 days.

vi. Scan the QR Code and add the “通信行程卡” Mini Program on WeChat for “Travel Itinerary Card”.

vii. Prepare your COVID-19 negative test results (For students have visited other provinces in recent 14 days).

viii. Prepare your Passport, student ID card, a copy of your passport information page, a copy of your latest visa, tuition payment receipt (original) and Proof of Vaccination.

b) Students outside Mainland of China:

i. Contact your faculty before 4:00PM August 28th,2021 and confirm completion of tuition payment.

ii. Log in to the online registration system at //is.bctuijian.com/isms/other/loginto verify your personal information and register before 4:00PM August 29th, 2021.
