Dear all Students in Mainland of China,

The Office of International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) of Ningbo University would like to notify all students the Visa renewal application starting from next Monday (May 16^th)! Please come to the Faculty & Student Services Center of NBU for renewals as soon as possible starting from May 16^th to June24^th, 2022.

Necessary Documents For Visa Renewal Application

(updated version)

1. School performance document (this document is provided by each faculty’s counselor).

2. Two pieces of 2-inch-sized photos with white background (one photo on the form).

3. Passport.

4. Photocopies of your passport information page, visa page and latest entry stamp page.

5. Photocopy of Accommodation Registration from local police station.

6. Photocopy of JW201/202 form (yellow page).

The Procedure of Visa Extension:

Step 1: Scan the QR code to follow the Work WeChat of Ningbo University.

Step 2: Click on "Go to Work WeChat".

Step 3: Choose the channel of "Study abroad at Ningbo University".

Step 4:  Find the option "Visa extension" and log in.

Step 5: After counselor’s approval, go to Faculty & Students Service Center of Ningbo University to finish the offline process.

Please Note:

1.Students who fail to comply with the above instructions will bear all the responsibilities as well as consequences. All International students are required to take note of their residence permit expiration date and renew it on time. The renewal application must be completed NOT LESS THAN 10 working days before the visa expired.

2. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of applicants that can be handled daily will be limited during this period. So please manage your time accordingly.First come first serve.

3.No reasons whatsoever would be accepted for late submissions.
