关于2021-2022学年MBBS专业教学安排调整的通知

Notice on adjusting the teaching arrangement of MBBS for 2021-2022 academic year

因受新冠疫情持续影响，为保证我校MBBS专业教学质量，使学生能顺利完成学业，经学校学院研究决定，对2021-2022学年MBBS专业的教学安排做以下调整：

Due to the continuous impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, in order to ensure the teaching quality of MBBS program in our school and enable students to successfully complete their studies, the school has decided to make the following adjustments to the teaching arrangements for MBBS in the 2021-2022 academic year:

1. 在华留学生：

（1）5名2016级留学生，直接进入医院实习。

（2）6名2017级、1名2018级，共计7名留学生，通过调整选课组成一个小组开展线下教学。

1. International students in China:

(1) Five 2016 batch international students directly entered the hospital for internship.

(2) Six 2017 batch students and one 2018 batch student, a total of 7 international students, formed a group to carry out offline teaching through adjusting the course selection.

2. 境外留学生：

（1）2017-2019级同学暂停线上教学。

（2）2020级留学生2021-2022-1学期继续开展线上基础课教学。

2. International students outside China:

(1) Online teaching will be suspended for 2017-2019 batch students.

(2) 2020 batch students continue to carry out online teaching of basic courses in the first semester of 2021/2022 academic year.

3. 需要办理休学的学生：

（1）2017--2019级暂停线上授课的学生在返校前作休学处理（注：只有申请休学学校才能免除其休学期间的学费），且最长学习年限相应延长。

（2）2013-2016级在境外未安排实习的学生，也需办理休学手续，以便延长学习年限。

3. Students in need of applying for suspension of degree:

(1) 2017-2019 batch students who have suspended online teaching need apply for suspension of degree before returning to school (note: only the students who apply for suspension of degree can exempt their tuition fee during the suspension period), and the maximum length of degree will be extended accordingly.

(2) 2013-2016 batch students who assume you will not have internship arrangement abroad in the next academic year, also need go through the formalities of suspension in order to extend the length of degree.

4. 其他说明：

目前学校暂时停止2021-2022-1学期课程安排，如按学校规定可以返校学习，学院将及时调整教学计划，并提前通知相关学生办理复学手续。

申请休学的境外留学生须在7月20日前，完成网上申请。网上申请休学的步骤如下：

(1)进入国际学生管理系统：//is.bctuijian.com/ismswap/#/

(2)登录账号：用户名为护照号，密码为护照后六位

(3)点击：Suspension of degree

(4)填写信息：

l Academic year and semester: 2020-2021 Second semester

l Start time: 2021年9月2日

l End time: 2022年7月15日

l Reasons for application: I am currently out of China, and I am not able to attend the offline classes.

(5) 提交

4. Extra remarks:

Currently, the school temporarily suspends the curriculum arrangement for 2021-2022-1 semester. If the overseas students can return to school according to the university's regulations, the school will adjust the teaching plan in time and inform the relevant students of going through the reinstatement procedures in advance.

The international students outside China must finish applying for suspension online before July 20th. The steps to apply for suspension online are as follows:

(1) Enter the international student management system:

(2) Login account: user name is your passport number, and password is the last six numbers of your passport

(3) Click: Suspension of degree

(4) Fill in the information:

l Academic year and semester: 2020-2021 Second semester

l Start time: September 2nd, 2021

l End time: July 15th, 2022

l Reasons for application: I am currently out of China, and I am not able to attend the offline classes.
