   The center actively pursues internationalization, develops programs for international students, conducts all-English teaching, and has been enrolling international students since 2011. In 2020, it cooperated with the Université Bourgogne Franche-Comté in France to offer a Double-Doctoral Program in Clinical Medicine.It has established academic exchanges and friendly cooperative relationships for teacher-student exchanges with institutions such as the Medical University of South Carolina in the USA, Medicine School of Angers University in France,University of Skövdein Sweden, University College London Medical School in the UK, the University of Nottingham in the UK, Western Sydney University in Australia, and the University of Adelaide in Australia.

From October 28 to 30, the first large-scale instrument technology forum and 2019 Ningbo high-end microscopic imaging forum of Medical College of Ningbo University were held in Wang changlai building of medical college. The forum invited researchers and senior engineers in imaging related fields such as Zhejiang University, Zhejiang analysis and Testing Association, Olympus, etc. to make a comprehensive report on the basis and application of proteomics technology and microscopic imaging technology. The forum is divided into two stages. In the first stage, each expert made a report on the basis of microscopic imaging, digital image technology, the basis and application of confocal microscope, the application of high-end imaging system and other aspects; in the second stage, teachers and students of relevant majors conducted basic and advanced computer training on the Olympus laser confocal microscope fv3000 of medical college. More than 100 teachers and students from the asset and Laboratory Management Office of Ningbo University, medical college, ocean college, Institute of higher learning, Affiliated Hospital, etc. attended the forum.
