On June 7, Huang Wanjun, a member of the Yinzhou District Committee Organization Department and the full-time deputy director of the Talent Office, together with Zhu Yu, the deputy director and party committee member of the Yinzhou District Health Bureau, visited the Ningbo University Health Science Center to research high-level talent recruitment efforts. They were received by Xu Jin, the deputy director of the Health Science Center.

During the meeting, Xu Jin introduced the construction progress of Ningbo's "Peak of Medicine" plan and the base of the Ningbo University Health Science Center. He also highlighted the policies and achievements related to the recruitment of high-level talent at Ningbo University and the Health Science Center. Zhu Yu shared the needs of Yinzhou District's health system in recruiting top medical talent to drive the development of basic scientific research in hospitals and expressed the hope for cooperation with Ningbo University Health Science Center in talent recruitment and resource sharing. Huang Wanjun stated that the local government's collaboration with the university in jointly recruiting top experts is an important measure for talent team building. Yinzhou District will actively recommend talents to the Health Science Center, integrate district resources, and provide comprehensive support services for talents. Both parties reached a consensus on cooperating in various talent project applications and aim to jointly recruit world-leading medical experts on a full-time basis.
