Ⅱ. Introduction Types and Requirements
The high-level talent introduction types at Ningbo University are divided into Bao Yugang Top Talent (A1), Bao Yugang Outstanding Talent (A2), Bao Yugang Leading Talent (A3), Bao Yugang Excellent Talent (B1, B2, Senior Titles), Bao Yugang Outstanding Young Talent (C) (Sub-senior Titles) and Bao Yugang Excellent Talent (D1, D2).
(1) Basic Requirements Those who aspire to teach must have ideals, moral sentiment, solid knowledge, and a benevolent heart. They should be loyal to the Party and the people's educational cause. They should have strong teaching, research, and social service abilities, and meet the national requirements for corresponding professional technical positions. They should be physically and mentally healthy, law-abiding, and of good character.
(2) Job Requirements Specific job requirements for high-level talents can be found on the Ningbo University Recruitment System (//zhaopin.bctuijian.com/).
Ⅲ. Treatment of Introduced Talents
(1) The school offers competitive salary treatments. A2, A3, B1 category talents can choose either annual allowance system or annual salary system.
(2) If the introduced talents meet the qualifications for purchasing talent housing in Ningbo University, they can purchase at a relatively favorable price (average price is about 13500 yuan/square meter). If the introduced talents do not meet the qualification for buying a house, they can enjoy housing subsidies according to relevant standards.
(3) C-class and above talents are given research start-up funds as needed.

IV. Application Method

Additionally, applicants need to upload a recent front-face photo without a hat. The photo should be within 30K in size, not larger than 160×200 pixels, and not smaller than 80×120 pixels.
