Speaker Biography:

Professor Sun Changhao, former Vice President of Harbin Medical University and former Dean of the School of Public Health. He currently serves as the Director of the Key Laboratory of Precision Nutrition & Health under the Ministry of Education, a leader of a national key discipline, and is in charge of one of the first batch of pilot virtual teaching and research office constructions for the Ministry of Education. He has been honored with titles such as Leading Talent in the National High-level Personnel Special Support Plan, Head of the Second Batch of "Huang Danian-style" Teaching Teams Nationwide, and recipient of the 22nd Wu Jieping-Paul Janssen Award for Medicine and Pharmacy. He has held positions such as Vice-President of the Chinese Nutrition Society and now serves as the Chief Supervisor of the Chinese Nutrition Society, as well as Deputy Director of the Committee for Public Health and Preventive Medicine Majors in Higher Education under the Ministry of Education. He has led 18 national-level projects, including key projects in the National High-tech R&D Program (863 Program), National Key Technologies R&D Program, Ministry of Science and Technology’s Key Research and Development Plan, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published over 200 high-level academic papers, including those in internationally renowned journals like Cell Metabolism, Diabetes Care, Journal of Pineal Research, Diabetes, and Hypertension. He has been selected as an Elsevier Highly Cited Scholar for three consecutive years. He has received nine provincial and ministerial level awards, including the First Prize from the Ministry of Education and the First Prize from Provincial Governments. In addition, he has received a Second Prize for National Educational Achievements, a Second Prize for National Excellent Teaching Materials, and a Special Prize for Provincial Excellent Teaching Materials.
