On the afternoon of September 28th, the Basic Medical School of Ningbo University Health Science Center held its new semester all-staff meeting. Wang Qianyong, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, deputy director of  Health Science Center attended the meeting and delivered a speech. All faculty members of the Basic Medical School participated in the meeting, which was chaired by the executive dean of the Basic Medical School, Wen Jinsheng.

At the meeting, Wen Jinsheng first explained the adjustment of the college's organizational structure, reviewed and summarized the work conducted in terms of teaching, research, academic exchanges, faculty development, and talent training, as well as the achievements made. He expressed his gratitude to the teachers who made positive contributions. He emphasized the need to continuously strengthen faculty development, attract and cultivate talents simultaneously, increase support, and attract more high-level talents to join. He also stressed the importance of organizing various student competitions and academic exchange activities to provide a platform for growth.

Secretary Wang Qianyong read the appointment document regarding the heads of grassroots teaching organizations under the Basic Medical School, and put forward several hopes for all teachers: Firstly, they should be aware of their responsibilities and fulfill them, collectively take on the responsibility for the college and department, and promote development; secondly, they should unite and strengthen communication to form synergy; thirdly, they should strengthen top-level design, plan together, and help promote the "Dual Base" construction work of the Health Science Center.
