On September 28, the Ningbo University Health Science Center held a special work meeting on talent introduction for the "Medical Summit" plan. Liu Yu, the executive director of the Health Science Center, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Wang Qianyong, deputy director in charge of personnel affairs Xu Jin, and leaders of various directly affiliated hospitals in charge of personnel affairs attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Xu Jin.

At the meeting, Xu Jin detailedly introduced the overall layout, working path and specific implementation plan of the "Medical Summit" talent introduction plan of Ningbo University to all directly affiliated hospitals. Xu Yujie, Director of the Personnel Department of the Health Science Center, explained a series of talents introduced by Ningbo University since 2022. Participants fully exchanged views on issues such as the positioning of high-level talents in the medium and long-term development planning and discipline construction of the Health Science Center, imbalance of actual talent supply and demand, and difficulties in landing.

Wang Qianyong summarized the meeting, he pointed out: The Health Science Center and all directly affiliated hospitals need to concentrate their efforts and plan together, follow the particularity of medical talent training, explore and develop a talent introduction model that is characteristic and meets real needs, in order to promote Ningbo City's "Medical Summit" plan and strengthen the medical disciplines with talent guarantee.
