Recently, the Ningbo University Health Science Center and HEALTH BioMed Co., Ltd. signed a donation project for the "HEALTH Medical Talent Cultivation Fund", jointly exploring a new model of talent cultivation integrating industry and education, and accelerating the development of pharmacy specialties and disciplines. The establishment of the "HEALTH Medical Talent Cultivation Fund" marks the first time that a biopharmaceutical company in Ningbo has jointly cultivated talents with the Ningbo University Health Science Center through the establishment of a fund. It is also an important part of the strategic cooperation project between Ningbo University Health Science Center and HEALTH BioMed Co., Ltd. Ningbo University Health Science Center is committed to cultivating high-quality medical talents, while HEALTH BioMed Co., Ltd., a company deeply rooted in the biopharmaceutical field in Ningbo, boasts an innovative research team and rich industry experience. Prior to this, the Ningbo University-HEALTH Pharmaceutical Engineering Research Institute was established to cooperate in the development of innovative drugs.
HEALTH BioMed Co., Ltd. donates to the "HEALTH Medical Talent Cultivation Fund" at Ningbo University Health Science Center each year for a continuous 10 years, cooperating to promote the construction and development of pharmacy majors and disciplines. The fund supports activities such as fostering innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities among undergraduate and graduate pharmacy students, rewarding excellence, assisting those in need, and building teams of pharmacy teachers and educators. The two sides will combine their respective hardware and faculty resources, closely cooperate in course design, practical teaching, internship training, dual mentor system, etc., to provide multi-dimensional knowledge and skill cultivation for undergraduate and professional master's degree students in pharmacy, aiming to cultivate medical talents with innovative thinking and practical abilities.
