Ningbo University Health Science Center Holds 2023 Graduate Teaching Symposium

To strengthen graduate teaching management and improve the quality of course instruction, as well as to understand the training status of new graduate students after enrollment and steadily advance the construction of academic ethos, on November 22nd at noon, Ningbo University Health Science Center held a symposium for the 2023 cohort of graduate students. The Director of Medical Education, Mr. Ye Meng, heads of the Graduate Education Center, graduate secretaries, graduate student counselors, and representatives of master's and doctoral students from the class of 2023 attended the meeting.

During the symposium, student representatives expressed their needs and suggestions regarding various aspects such as graduate course offerings, implementation of teaching plans, arrangements for standardized training, research laboratory conditions, and mentorship. In response to the issues and demands raised by students, relevant teachers took detailed notes and provided on-the-spot feasible advice on how to handle teacher-student relationships, the relationship between standardized training and course instruction, and how to overcome difficulties encountered in study and life. Additionally, they encouraged students to develop good habits of continuous learning.
