On the afternoon of November 22, Wu Helai, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of Haishu District Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the District's Talent Office, Wang Yufeng, Director of Wangchun Sub-district Office, and a delegation of five visited the Ningbo University Health Science Center to discuss the joint introduction of high-level medical talent. The guests were received by Wang Qianyong, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at the Health Science Center.

During the meeting, Wang Qianyong presented the educational achievements of the Health Science Center as well as the current status and requirements for high-level talent introduction. Wu Helai outlined the medical resource situation in Haishu District and expressed the district's desire to collaborate with the Ningbo University Health Science Center to jointly advance the "Medical Summit" plan. Both parties negotiated on matters such as building a collaborative base for medical education and research, co-constructing a medical scientific research platform, and the joint introduction of high-level medical personnel. A preliminary consensus was reached.
