Students from the School of Public Health at Ningbo University's Health Science Center Excel in the 14th Zhejiang Province University Medical Technology Skills Competition

On March 23rd, the 14th Zhejiang Province University Medical Technology Skills Competition (Preventive Medicine Professional Track) was held at Hangzhou Normal University. The competition brought together elite students from five provincial universities, totaling 10 teams and 40 participants.

Led by the Vice Dean of the Health Science Center and Director of the School of Public Health, Xu Guozhang, the competition was intense and fierce. Ultimately, a team guided by teachers Wu Guoqing, Zhang Xiaohong, and He Canxia received the silver award, while a team guided by teachers Dai Manyun, Xu Bojie, and Liu Liya received the bronze award.

It is reported that the School of Public Health at the Health Science Center attached great importance to this competition and began preparations in early January of this year. Over the two-month preparation period, the school meticulously organized and guided teachers and participating students to engage in systematic knowledge consolidation and skill improvement.

This competition is not only a skills contest but also a showcase of youth. The School of Public Health will continue to uphold the concept of "learning from competition and applying what is learned," continuously promote educational reform, improve the quality of talent development, and contribute to the cultivation of more outstanding medical professionals.
