On the afternoon of May 6th, Zhang Zhenzhu, the Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee, led a team to the Affiliated Li Huili Hospital to conduct research on the hospital's construction and development. Relevant officials from the Party Committee Office (President's Office), all members of the party and government leadership team of the Health Science Center, principal leaders of the party and government of the Affiliated Li Huili Hospital, heads of all internal departments of the Health Science Center, some clinical departments, degree program leaders, and heads of relevant departments of the Affiliated Li Huili Hospital participated in the research meeting.
During the meeting, the principal leader of the Affiliated Li Huili Hospital reported on the overall situation of the hospital, as well as related work in teaching, scientific research, academic disciplines, and talent cultivation. They highlighted the progress and notable achievements of key disciplines and medical technology projects undertaken by the hospital teams. They also expressed high hopes for future cooperation between the hospital and the university. The principal leader of the Health Science Center introduced relevant aspects of the center, offering suggestions and requirements for the hospital's work in teaching, scientific research, faculty development, and talent training. They proposed that the Health Science Center and the hospital should integrate education, pursue common goals, work together closely, and achieve mutual success.
Zhang Zhenzhu fully affirmed the development status of the Affiliated Li Huili Hospital. He recalled his personal experience of being involved in the preparation, establishment, and development of the Health Science Center, noting the long-standing cooperative relationship between Ningbo University's Health Science Center and the Affiliated Li Huili Hospital. He summarized the research visit with six characters: "proximity, alignment, and shared success." First, proximity—he stated that as an affiliated hospital approved at the outset of the Health Science Center's establishment, the Affiliated Li Huili Hospital has played a significant role in advancing the development of the Health Science Center. Second, alignment—he hoped that the Health Science Center and the Affiliated Li Huili Hospital would strengthen their collaboration in teaching and scientific research, talent training, team building, and platform construction to deepen their integration. Third, shared success—he wished for both institutions to engage in mutually beneficial cooperation, striving together towards the common goal of advancing Ningbo City's "Medical Peak" initiative, achieving a win-win situation.
Zhang Zhenzhu and his delegation also visited the newly operational emergency medicine center, the ROWA automated drug storage and distribution management system, the endoscopy center, the digestive disease diagnosis and treatment center, and the intelligent assembly line of the laboratory center in the new building of the Affiliated Li Huili Hospital.
