On the morning of April 30th, to strengthen the exchange and cooperation between the clinical medicine postdoctoral mobile station and other postdoctoral workstations in Ningbo, Xu Jin, the deputy director of the Health Science Center, led a team to conduct a field research visit at the Ningbo Eye Hospital. Weng Hongfei, the secretary of the Party Committee of Ningbo Eye Hospital, and others received the research group.

Accompanied by Weng Hongfei, the research group conducted on-site inspections of the ophthalmic basic laboratory and the postdoctoral workstation at the Eye Hospital, gaining a detailed understanding of the hospital's medical services, talent team, scientific research, and charitable activities.

During the discussion meeting, the person in charge of the talent office at the Eye Hospital provided a detailed introduction to the development of the hospital's postdoctoral workstation, sharing the journey and achievements from its provincial to national level status, as well as explaining in detail the treatment and complete training system for postdoctoral fellows.

Xu Jin introduced the Ningbo University Medical Peak Plan, the newly issued Ningbo University postdoctoral management documents, and the operational status of the clinical medicine postdoctoral mobile station, and extended an invitation to the Eye Hospital to engage in joint postdoctoral training.

Weng Hongfei pointed out that talent is an important pillar for building a high-level hospital, and doctors and postdoctoral fellows are the main force driving innovation-driven development. She believes that joint postdoctoral training with Ningbo University can fully utilize the university's scientific research platforms and talent resources, effectively promoting the hospital's discipline construction and scientific research development. She expressed that the Eye Hospital will actively cooperate with the Health Science Center of Ningbo University to jointly explore postdoctoral talent, achieving a win-win cooperation for both parties.
