From May 18 to 20, the "5·25" Mental Health Series event themed "Personal Growth and Team Collaboration" was held at the Zhenlou Square in front of the Health Science Center. Zhang Wei, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Health Science Center, all counselors from the Student Services and Development Department, class teachers, and student representatives, totaling over 200 people, participated in the event.

Zhang Wei introduced the arrangements for this session of mental health series events and emphasized the importance of mental health. She encouraged students to actively participate in the activities to achieve personal growth through teamwork.

In front of Zhenlou, teachers and students from different countries and grades took part in competitions such as stretcher races, four-person five-legged races, and tug-of-war. They collaborated with each other, enjoyed joyful moments, enhanced mutual understanding and trust, and fully demonstrated their teamwork spirit and mastery of medical emergency knowledge.

International students expressed that this sports meet between Chinese and foreign teachers and students organized by the department was very interesting, allowing them to deeply understand that team spirit can transcend language and cultural barriers, especially in emergencies, where unity and cooperation are even more crucial. This is also a skill that medical students need to acquire.

The "Personal Growth and Team Collaboration" event is an important part of Ningbo University's mental health series activities. It effectively raised students' awareness of mental health and promoted their overall development. The Health Science Center will further improve mental health education, strengthen the effectiveness of psychological education work, enhance the mental health literacy of medical students in the new era, and strive to cultivate more outstanding medical talents.
