Dear International students,

Greetings from Ningbo University, we hope you have had a nice summer vacation. In preparation for the coming semester, online registration for the 2022 Fall Semester will run from 18th to 24th August for current students and 25th to 31st August for freshmen. Students currently in China will also need to register at their faculty on campus.

Please note:

1. All students must complete the online registration before the aforementioned deadline.

Note: For International students in Mainland of China, completing online registration is one of the requirements for activating NBU Campus E-pass.

2. The on-site registration date for current students in Mainland of China is August 26th, 2022 and September 2nd, 2022 for freshmen.

3. Students currently outside Mainland of China also need to register online.

4. Students with a travel history to other provinces within the last 7 days must provide negative reports of COVID-19 PCR test within 48 hours upon arrival. Students currently in the medium & high risk areas as well as COVID hot spot areas or under the "7" isolation & health monitoring management in Mainland of China are not allowed on campus to register. Registration time will be notified later.

5. Students currently in Mainland of China will need to provide a Travel Itinerary Card of 7 consecutive days, the Health Declaration Record of 7 consecutive days, a green health code (Zhejiang, Ningbo), Proof of Vaccination and have completed the online registration. With the above, the students will be issued NBU Campus E-Pass and can proceed to register at their faculty.
